The Morning Surprise

Super Artist Caribou stretched her arms and yawned as sunlight streamed through the tall windows of her Super Artist Tower. Her antlers caught the morning light as she padded across the colorful studio floor.

"Another beautiful day in Woodland Metropolis," she said, looking out at the bustling city below. Humans and deer-folk hurried along the sidewalks, heading to work and school.

She grabbed her favorite paintbrush from the easel—the one with the silver handle that had belonged to her grandmother. As her fingers wrapped around it, something strange happened.

The brush began to shimmer with a soft, golden light.

"What in the world?" Super Artist Caribou held it up to examine it more closely. The glow pulsed gently, like a heartbeat.

She set the brush down on her art table, but the glow didn't fade. Instead, it seemed to be getting brighter.

"This has never happened before," she murmured, her sharp eyes studying the mysterious phenomenon with growing curiosity.

The Visitor at Dawn

Super Artist Caribou picked up the glowing brush again. The light grew warmer against her palm.

"Maybe if I paint something..." she murmured, dipping the brush into her favorite blue paint.

The moment the brush touched her canvas, something incredible happened. Instead of leaving a blue stroke, a shimmering doorway appeared right in the middle of the painting!

Through the opening, she could see rolling hills covered in enormous pencils stuck in the ground like trees. Colored smoke drifted from giant crayon mountains in the distance.

"No way," she breathed, stepping closer to examine the impossible sight.

A small figure emerged from the doorway—a cricket wearing a tiny painter's beret and carrying a miniature easel.

"Super Artist Caribou!" the cricket called in a high, musical voice. "We've been waiting for you! The Art Realms are in terrible danger!"

"Art Realms?" she asked, kneeling down to hear better.

"Every art world is losing its color and creativity. Without your help, they'll all turn gray forever!" The cricket's antennae twitched nervously. "You're the only one who can save us!"
