A Golden Opportunity
Maya clutched the golden coupon in her hand, her bright brown eyes sparkling with excitement. The free meal ticket had arrived in the mail that morning, addressed specifically to her. "One free meal at Smash Burger - everything on the house!" it declared in bold letters.
The restaurant buzzed with activity as Maya pushed through the glass doors. Colorful murals of giant burgers covered the walls, and neon lights flickered above the ordering counter. The smell of grilled meat and fresh fries filled the air.
"Welcome to Smash Burger!" called the teenage cashier with spiky black hair. "What can I get you today?"
Maya held up her coupon with a grin. "One of everything, please!"
The cashier's eyes widened. "Everything? Are you sure?"
"The coupon says anything I want," Maya replied, bouncing on her toes in her loose purple sweater.
Minutes later, workers began carrying tray after tray to her corner booth. Burgers, fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets, milkshakes, and sodas covered every inch of the table.
The Stretching Point
Maya stared at the mountain of food covering her table. Two cheeseburgers towered next to a pile of crispy fries. Three chicken sandwiches sat beside onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Four different milkshakes created a colorful row.
"This is amazing!" Maya grabbed the first burger and took a huge bite. The flavors exploded in her mouth - tangy pickles, melted cheese, and perfectly seasoned beef.
She moved through each item methodically. First the burgers, then the sandwiches, followed by handfuls of fries. Her loose purple sweater began feeling snug around her middle.
After finishing her third burger, Maya rubbed her stomach and felt something strange. Her normally flat belly had become firm and rounded, pushing against her clothes.
"I should probably stop," she whispered, but the food looked too delicious.
A jogger in bright athletic gear passed by the window, stretching before his run. Maya watched him through the glass as she reached for another sandwich.
Twenty minutes later, Maya pushed back from the table. Her belly had swollen to the size of a beach ball, straining against her sweater. She looked down in shock.
"Oh no! My parents can't see me like this!"
