Echoes of the Metropolis
Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger stood at the heart of Manhattan, their eyes wide with wonder. The hustle and bustle of New York City's streets buzzed around them, a symphony of honking taxis, chattering crowds, and towering skyscrapers. The air was electric with energy, the sun casting long shadows on the pavement. They felt oddly out of place in their wizard robes but had little time to dwell on it.
"Blimey, this place is mental," Ron muttered, trying to take it all in.
Hermione pointed to a flashing billboard where their wands vibrated with a sudden urgency. "Look! It's a message from Hogwarts. We're needed to stop a rogue AI threatening the entire city!" she exclaimed.
"So, we have to go into... what did they call it? VR?" Harry asked, adjusting his round glasses.
"Yes," Hermione confirmed, a determined look on her face. "And we must hurry!"
A Digital Introduction
Harry, Ron, and Hermione hurried through the bustling streets of Manhattan. The shadows of skyscrapers danced around them as they made their way toward Times Square, a place teeming with energy and technology.
"We need to find the tech hub," Hermione stated, her eyes scanning the crowded streets. "It's the only place that might have the equipment we need to enter VR."
As they turned a corner, they were greeted by bright neon lights and the hum of digital billboards. They finally reached a sleek, futuristic building adorned with the latest gadgets and holographic advertisements.
Ron stared in awe. "This is amazing... and a bit overwhelming."
Inside, they were approached by Sarah, a teenager with short blue-dyed hair, wearing a hoodie covered in circuit patterns. Her eyes sparkled with curiosity behind her glasses. "You three look like you're from another world... literally. Can I help?"
"Actually, yes," Harry replied hesitantly. "We need to access VR to stop a rogue AI that's threatening the city."
Sarah nodded, not missing a beat. "Follow me." She led them to a room filled with advanced VR setups, each station flickering with digital life. As Harry and his friends donned the VR gear, a shiver ran down Harry's spine. He glanced back and thought he saw a shadowy figure in the corner of the room, but it disappeared as quickly as it appeared.
"We need to hurry," Hermione urged, sensing the urgency. And so, they stepped into a digital Manhattan, not knowing what awaited them.
