Ahmed stood in front of his new school, a modern building surrounded by cherry blossom trees in full bloom. His heart raced with both excitement and a hint of nervousness. Everything was new – the language, the customs, the faces. But Ahmed was no stranger to adventure.

"Hey, you must be Ahmed!" came a cheerful voice from behind.

He turned to see a girl about his age, with bright eyes and a ponytail. She wore the school uniform but added her own touch with colorful socks.

"I'm Sakura," she said, extending a hand. "Welcome to Japan!"

"Thanks," Ahmed replied, shaking her hand. "It's all so...different."

"You'll get used to it," Sakura reassured him with a smile. "Let's go. I'll show you around."

Whispers of Petals

Ahmed followed Sakura through the bustling corridors, marveling at how different yet vibrant everything was compared to his hometown in Egypt. As they stepped into the school courtyard, cherry blossom petals floated gently in the air, creating a dreamy atmosphere.

"This place is incredible," Ahmed said, turning to Sakura.

Sakura grinned. "You'll find something new every day. Come on, there's something I want to show you."

She led him away from the main building and towards a quieter part of the campus. Nestled among the trees was an old temple. It stood there, quiet and solemn, contrasting with the modern school buildings around it.

"What's this?" Ahmed asked, his curiosity piqued.

"It's an old temple," Sakura explained. "There's a local legend about it. They say it houses a unique, ancient artifact... a clockwork crane."

Ahmed's eyes widened. "A clockwork crane? What's that?"

"I've never seen it myself, but some say it has magical properties," Sakura replied, her tone turning mysterious. "But be careful; it's not a place to take lightly."

Ahmed glanced at the temple, his mind racing with possibilities. "Do you want to explore it?"

Sakura hesitated. "It's supposed to be off-limits, but... I'm curious too. Let's go!"
