Wool and Wonders

In the heart of Meadow City, the legendary Sheep Maid Fortress stood proudly atop a gentle hill. Its stone walls were cloaked in the softest wool, warmer than any blanket. Above, the tower bore flags shaped like sheep, twinkling merrily under the sun's watchful eye.

"Do you see them, Ewelette?" asked Baa-trice, tilting her head with curiosity. Her gentle eyes followed the peculiar crimson footprints leading away from the fortress.

Ewelette nodded, her wool rippling in the breeze. "I do. Should we follow them?"

"I suppose we're not ones to let a mystery pass us by," Ramina chirped with a playful grin.

As the Sheep Maids gazed upon the remarkable sight, the path before them whispered of secrets untold, ready to unfold their own journey beneath Meadow City.

The Crimson Encounter

The Sheep Maids trotted down from the Fortress, following the crimson footprints that zigzagged through Meadow City’s lively streets. The vibrant chatter of vendors filled the air, mingling with the fragrant aromas of fresh bread.

“Are you as curious as I am?” whispered Ramina, her eyes gleaming with excitement.

“Let's find out what awaits us,” replied Ewelette with a soft chuckle.

Baa-trice paused, squinting at a small figure darting around a corner. “Did you see that? It looks like... Puk, the goblin,” she murmured.

Puk, a mischievous goblin known throughout the city for his pranks and riddles, peeked mischievously from behind a cart, his green skin glistening in the sunlight.

With a daring smile, Ramina approached. “Puk, have you—”

But before she could finish, Puk dashed away, dropping something behind a barrel near a water fountain. The crimson trail ended abruptly there.

“An interesting spot to halt,” Baa-trice noted, peering around.

Ewelette gestured towards the barrel. “Look, he left this.” It was a small device, oddly resembling a paint sprayer, its vibrant colors shining under the gentle sun.

“We should take a closer look,” Ramina suggested, glancing around to ensure they’d remain unnoticed.
