Among the Trees

Alexander adjusted his forest green cloak, smoothing out its edges as he prepared for a walk. His vibrant blue eyes flickered briefly to his reflection in a polished sword propped in the corner. Hair swept back, he stepped outside the cozy hut, where the lake's surface gleamed under the morning sun.

Strolling, he marveled at the tapestry of trees, their leaves whispering in the soft breeze. Suddenly, he noticed a girl ahead. Her features were doll-like, eerily beautiful, drawing him irresistibly closer. Alexander tread softly as he followed her, heart thumping with curiosity. Fortunately, she didn’t notice as they weaved toward a formidable dark castle.

The Whispered Secret

Hidden behind a stone pillar, Alexander watched as the enchanting girl approached a hunched figure. She was a witch, with wild grey hair and piercing green eyes. "Have you found it?" the witch asked, her voice like old parchment. The girl nodded, pointing towards a dusty tapestry hanging in the shadows. "The time travel device," she whispered. Alexander's heart raced. "We need that treasure," the witch continued, "to save the forest." Alexander leaned closer, eyes wide as the witch revealed a curious device. It gleamed in the dim light, hinting at power and adventure.
