Sunshine stood in her favorite corner of the math classroom at Redleaf School, tapping her foot with a soft, rhythmic beat. The room was filled with soft, morning light streaming through arched windows, making everything seem inviting and calm.

She wore a bright, multicolored shirt that matched her cheerful, outgoing nature. Yet, math always felt tricky, like a puzzle missing its pieces.
