A Surprise in the Garden
Regina Mills was in her small, green garden. She wanted to make it magical, just like the old stories. Her friend, Henry, an 11-year-old with bright eyes and a red jacket, came over to help.
"What if we make it with talking flowers?" Regina asked, her eyes full of hope.
Henry laughed. "That would be awesome!"
They started to think of all the colors they could use. Suddenly, a sunflower near the corner twitched, as if it had heard them.
Regina and Henry exchanged surprised glances, knowing this was just the beginning of a curious journey.
Whispers of Nature
Regina and Henry stood in the garden, curious about the sunflower's twitch. "Did you see that?" Henry exclaimed, his eyes wide.
Regina nodded. "It's like it heard us," she murmured.
Around them, the flowers seemed to hum softly. Regina knelt down, trying to listen closer. "I think they're singing," she said, amazed.
Henry leaned in, straining to hear. "What do you think they're saying?" he wondered aloud.
Regina had an idea. "Let's play some music," she suggested. "Maybe they'll respond."
Henry agreed eagerly. They used Regina's phone, letting tunes fill the air. Instantly, the flowers began to sway gently to the rhythm.
Suddenly, a particular daisy fluttered more than the others. Regina and Henry noticed and leaned in with anticipation. "Hello," the daisy whispered softly, a slight giggle in its petals.
Henry gasped, "It talked!"
Regina laughed, a mixture of wonder and joy lighting her eyes. "This garden is full of surprises," she said.
Henry clapped his hands excitedly. "What should we do next?" he asked, eager to explore the garden's secrets further.
