Pink Scissors and Morning Chaos

Yuki adjusted her scissor hairpins and checked her pink nail polish one last time. The morning sun streamed through the salon windows in Nakaibito village, casting sparkles across her elaborate pink curls.

"Ready for another day?" asked Maki, her fellow magical hairdresser, as she arranged her tools.

"Always!" Yuki replied, her purple eyes twinkling with excitement.

Yuko burst through the door, nearly tripping over her own feet. "You won't believe what I just saw! Five boys were being dragged down Main Street by their parents. They were kicking and screaming something about haircuts!"

Yuki's scissors earrings jingled as she turned. "Dragged?"

"Their hair was so long and messy, people kept mistaking them for girls," Yuko continued breathlessly. "The parents looked furious."

Maki frowned. "That doesn't sound good."

Through the window, Yuki spotted three older boys with giant scissors tucked in their belts, laughing as they followed the commotion. Their leader, a tall boy with a smirk, pointed directly at their salon.

The Unwelcome Visitors

"Those boys with the giant scissors," Yuki whispered, pressing her face against the window. "They're coming this way!"

The salon door burst open. Three older boys strutted inside, their enormous scissors glinting in the sunlight. The tallest one, clearly their leader, had spiky black hair and a cruel smile.

"I'm Ryusei," he announced, spinning his giant scissors like a baton. "These are Daiki and Sato. We heard some scared little boys might be coming here."

Maki stepped forward, her own scissors held defensively. "What do you want?"

"We love cutting hair," Ryusei laughed. "Especially when kids don't want us to. Those five boys you'll be seeing? We've been following them all morning."

Yuko gasped. "You're the reason they're so scared!"

Just then, a small monkey scurried through the open door and climbed onto Yuki's shoulder. It chattered excitedly, pointing toward the street.

"What is it, little friend?" Yuki asked softly.

The monkey pointed again. Through the window, they could see the five terrified boys being dragged closer to the salon by their frustrated parents.

Ryusei grinned wickedly. "Perfect timing. This is going to be fun."
