The Morning Walk

Zlata skipped down the cobblestone path toward WobelyBobelly Park. The morning sun painted everything in golden sparkles. Colorful flowers danced in the breeze, and crystal fountains sang cheerful melodies.

"What a perfect day for an adventure!" she said, her blonde hair bouncing with each step.

Near the park entrance, she heard soft whimpering. A small rabbit sat by a rainbow bush, tears rolling down his fuzzy cheeks.

"Oh no! What's wrong?" Zlata knelt beside him.

"I lost my lucky carrot," the rabbit sniffled. "Now I'm too scared to hop anywhere. What if something bad happens?"

Zlata's freckled face brightened with determination. "Don't worry! We'll find it together. Sometimes we're braver than we think."

The Hummingbird's News

They searched under bushes and behind rainbow flowers. The rabbit hopped nervously beside her.

"Maybe it's by the fountain," Zlata suggested.

Suddenly, a small hummingbird zipped down from a sparkly tree. Her tiny green feathers shimmered in the sunlight.

"Did someone lose something orange?" the hummingbird chirped quickly. "I saw a fox carrying a carrot toward the dark forest!"

The rabbit's ears drooped. "Oh no! That's the scary place where no light shines!"

Zlata looked toward the shadowy trees at the park's edge. Even from here, she could see how different it looked from the bright, cheerful park.

"Don't worry," she said, though her voice trembled slightly. "We'll get your carrot back."
