Whispers in Steel

info-banner

Archie Clockhound's paws drummed gently against the cold, steel floor of the Time Trackers headquarters. His intense blue eyes scanned the room filled with computers and glass shelves lined with scrolls. With nostalgia and anticipation, he sauntered to his favorite spot—a desk cluttered with old pizza boxes and curious gadgets. Before he could reach for a slice, something caught his eye. A scroll on the highest shelf, labeled 'Untouched Time Track.'

"Now, what are you doing there?" Archie muttered, his high-tech collar glowing with each word. With a swift leap, he grabbed the scroll.

This scroll could change everything. An adventure was brewing, and Archie could feel it in his bones.

Beneath the Steel Ceiling

Before Archie could examine the newly found scroll, he heard the soft click of the HQ door opening. In waltzed Mr. Clocks, his silver-streaked hair perfectly combed, and his usual classic suit and tie making him look like he had walked straight out of an old-timey photograph. A slight smirk played on his lips when his eyes fell on Archie.

"Archie, my old friend! What have you got there?" Mr. Clocks asked, curiosity lacing his voice.

"A scroll—an untouched Time Track," Archie replied, his blue eyes gleaming with excitement.

Before they could continue their discussion, the HQ door flung open again with an unsettling creak. In popped Ms. Clocks, Mr. Clocks' mischievous younger sister, with her twinkling green eyes and auburn hair tied into a ponytail.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" she chimed in a sing-song voice, snatching the scroll from Archie's grasp with lightning speed.

"Give it back, Ms. Clocks! This isn't a game!" Archie barked, almost toppling over in the commotion.

Ms. Clocks just waved as she backed out of the room, her laughter echoing hauntingly in the steel-walled corridor.

"We need a plan to retrieve that scroll, Archie. It's too powerful to be left in her hands," Mr. Clocks said, his tone turning serious.

Archie nodded, his playful demeanor momentarily replaced by determination. "Let's get that scroll back," he growled, already plotting their next move.
