The Orange Morning

Pinkie Pie bounced awake in a strange, gray room. Everything felt different and scary.

"Where am I?" she whispered, her pink mane trembling.

In the corner sat a big orange cat-like monster with droopy eyes. He looked terribly sad.

"Monday again," the monster groaned. "I hate Mondays. They're awful and gloomy."

Pinkie's heart felt heavy seeing his frown.

The Dancing Kitchen

Pinkie Pie stared at the sad orange monster. "I know what will help!" she announced cheerfully. "My super-special Monday cupcakes!"

She pulled out a bright purple mixing bowl from her mane.

"But first," she said, reading invisible instructions in the air, "I must make the kitchen dance!"

Pinkie began hopping around the gray room, spinning the bowl above her head.

"Now the room feels happier already!" she giggled, as colorful sprinkles fell from nowhere.
