The Great Crayon Shortage

Morning Routines
Crayon Mother Goat stretched her arms as sunlight poured through the tall windows of Crayon Lodge. The four crayon towers sparkled in the morning light, casting colorful shadows across Art Studio Metropolis below.
"Another beautiful day to inspire creativity," she said, adjusting her blue kerchief.
She walked to her easel and picked up her favorite giant blue crayon. It felt warm and familiar in her hands. Outside, the city buzzed with activity as fairy tale characters and humans hurried to work.
"Time to check on everyone's art supplies," she decided.
Mother Goat stepped onto her balcony and used her X-ray vision to peek into the art studios scattered throughout the city. Her gentle brown eyes widened in surprise.
"That's odd," she whispered. "Where are all the crayons?"
Studio after studio appeared empty of color. The art supply shops looked bare. Even the children's classrooms seemed strangely colorless.
Her horn tingled with concern as she gripped her giant crayon tighter.
The Purple Cape Mystery
Mother Goat flew down from her tower, her blue kerchief streaming behind her. She landed softly in the central square where a crowd had gathered around a crying hummingbird.
"What's wrong, little one?" Mother Goat asked, kneeling beside the tiny bird.
The hummingbird's wings trembled. "I'm Ruby, and I run the Color Delivery Service. Someone stole my entire truck full of crayon supplies this morning! Every single crayon meant for the schools and studios."
A woman with short brown hair stepped forward. "I'm Sara, the shoemaker from Elm Street. The same thing happened to my art corner. Someone took all my leather-coloring crayons."
Mother Goat's eyes widened. "This isn't just missing supplies. Someone is deliberately stealing all the crayons in the city."
Ruby fluttered her wings frantically. "There's more! I saw a fox driving my delivery truck toward the music festival grounds. He was wearing a purple cape and laughing."
"A thief with style," Mother Goat muttered, gripping her giant blue crayon tighter. "We need to catch him before he ruins the whole festival."
Sara crossed her arms. "Count me in. Nobody messes with art on my watch."
