The Great Food Mystery

New Beginnings
Nisa stepped out of the moving truck and looked up at her new home. The mansion stretched three stories high, with white columns and tall windows that sparkled in the California sun. Palm trees swayed in the front yard, and she could smell flowers blooming somewhere nearby.
"This is it," she whispered, smoothing down her pink designer dress.
The previous owner, a woman named Rosette, had left everything perfectly clean. Nisa's phone buzzed with notifications from food delivery apps she'd downloaded on the drive from her old home.
"I should celebrate," she said, scrolling through restaurant options. "Pizza, tacos, sushi... why choose just one?"
She ordered from five different places, her eyes growing wider at all the choices Los Angeles offered. Back home, there were only two restaurants in the whole town. Here, she could try foods from around the world.
The doorbell rang just as she finished unpacking her favorite clothes.
The Morning Surprise
The delivery driver handed Nisa five bags of steaming food. Pizza from Tony's, tacos from Casa Miguel, sushi from Sakura House, Chinese noodles from Golden Dragon, and burgers from Sunset Grill.
"This is amazing!" she said, spreading everything across her new marble kitchen counter.
She started with the pizza, then moved to the tacos. The sushi was incredible, and the noodles were perfectly spicy. Before she knew it, she had eaten everything from all five restaurants.
Her stomach felt completely full, but she ordered more. Ice cream, cookies, donuts, and three different cakes appeared at her door within an hour.
"I can try anything I want here," she giggled, finishing the last slice of chocolate cake.
The next morning, Nisa woke up and looked in her bedroom mirror. Her eyes went wide. Her belly was huge and round, like she was expecting twins!
"What happened to me?" she gasped, touching her swollen stomach.
She grabbed her phone and called the nearest clinic. "I need help right away," she said to the receptionist.
