The Invisible Art Heist

Morning Patrol
Drawing Doe stepped onto the observation deck of Drawing Fortress, her blue mask glinting in the morning sunlight. The city of Canvas Forest Metropolis spread below her like a living painting, with its mix of towering glass buildings and tree-lined streets where humans and humanoid deer went about their daily routines.
She pulled out a crayon from her utility belt and sketched a quick bird in the air. Blue energy sparked from her fingertips, and suddenly a real bluebird materialized and chirped before flying away.
"Another perfect morning for keeping the city safe," she said to herself, adjusting her dark blue gloves.
Her communicator buzzed. "Drawing Doe, this is Chief Martinez at the police station," came a crackling voice. "We need you downtown immediately. Something very strange is happening at the Canvas District Art Gallery."
Drawing Doe's ears perked up. The Canvas District housed the city's most precious artwork.
"On my way," she replied, already activating her invisibility power as she prepared to leap from the fortress.
The Blank Canvas Mystery
Drawing Doe turned invisible and leaped from the fortress, gliding through the morning air toward the Canvas District. The police sirens grew louder as she approached the art gallery.
She landed softly outside the grand building and made herself visible again. Chief Martinez, a middle-aged woman with graying brown hair pulled back in a tight bun, rushed toward her. Her dark eyes were wide with worry.
"Drawing Doe, thank goodness you're here," Chief Martinez said, pointing at the gallery's main entrance. "Look at this."
Drawing Doe stepped closer and gasped. The entire front wall of the gallery was completely blank. Where magnificent paintings should have hung in the large windows, there was nothing but empty white space.
"Every single artwork vanished overnight," Chief Martinez explained. "But here's the strangest part—the security cameras show nothing unusual. No break-ins, no thieves, nothing."
A jogger ran past, stopped, and stared at the empty gallery windows. "Hey, where did all the pretty pictures go?" she called out.
Drawing Doe pulled a blue crayon from her utility belt. "This is bigger than we thought. Someone with unusual powers must be behind this."
