The Sparkling Silence

Queen India sat in her favorite chair by the tall ice window, watching snowflakes dance outside her palace. The morning light made her castle walls sparkle like diamonds. She missed her mother Victoria terribly since the queen had passed away last winter.

"Your Majesty," called Sofia, her adopted daughter, running into the room with rosy cheeks. "The kitchen servants are asking about lunch preparations."

India smiled at the little girl's enthusiasm. "Tell them we'll have warm soup today, Sofia. It's too cold for anything else."

Sofia nodded and bounded away, her footsteps echoing through the icy halls. India returned to the window, unaware that far above the clouds, lightning was beginning to gather in ways that would change everything.

The Storm Visitor

Thunder crashed above the ice palace. India jumped from her chair as brilliant white light filled the room. The lightning was unlike anything she had ever seen—it danced and swirled like living ribbons across the sky.

Sofia ran back into the room, her eyes wide with wonder. "Your Majesty! Look at the beautiful lights!"

But this wasn't ordinary lightning. As India watched, a figure began to form in the crackling energy—tall, powerful, with a flowing beard made of storm clouds. The god Zeus stepped through the lightning as if it were a doorway.

"Queen India," his voice boomed like distant thunder. "I bring you news that will change your life forever."
