Unexpected Potions
Hogwarts, with its towering spires and sparkling lakes, still felt like home to Hermione Granger, even after graduation. Today, she hurried through the grand hallways, her mind buzzing like a beehive.
“Hermione!” called the healer, waving her into a cozy nook saturated with strange herbal aromas.
“I’ve been so tired,” Hermione sighed, smoothing her robes anxiously, "perhaps it's from the kids. What can I do?”
The healer—a kindly but slightly bumbling soul—offered a shimmering potion from the cluttered shelf. “Take this, it’ll help.”
Hermione hesitated, the potion’s bubbling worrying her a wee bit. But, trusting, she drank it.
Days passed and Hermione found herself growing…rounder. The robes, once swirling gracefully around her, felt suffocating.
“Something’s wrong!” she exclaimed to the healer, who repeatedly tried to reverse the effects, only making things worse.
Tears of frustration welled in her eyes as she realized they needed more than magic here. They needed…a new perspective.
Unexpected Visitor
The next morning, Hermione returned to the healers, feeling more determined than ever to find a break from this unfortunate potion pickle.
"Don't worry, Hermione," the healer reassured, their face crinkling with a warm smile. "We'll sort this out! How about we settle in with some tea?"
As they sipped from their teacups in the cozy corner, the healer reached for a nearby jar. But the jar, with its feisty mind of its own, slipped, its contents swirling through the air before landing distinctly upon the floor.
Hermione burst into laughter, a sound so bright it seemed to echo off the castle's ancient stones. "Looks like magic isn’t the best solution to everything, huh?" she chuckled, drying her mirthful tears.
Meanwhile, Ron, having sensed Hermione’s need for cheer, decided to surprise her. Seizing a bag of her favorite sweets from Hogsmeade, he hoped to brighten her day.
"It’s not magic," Ron thought as he set off, "but it’s made with love."
