The Blue Glow

Crayon Mother Goat stood in her workshop at the top of the tallest blue tower in Crayon Lodge. The morning sun streamed through crystal windows, casting rainbow patterns across her easel. She dipped her giant blue crayon into a jar of shimmer powder and began sketching her latest invention.

"Just a simple portal sketch," she murmured, her brown eyes focused on the swirling design. "To help deliver art supplies faster around the city."

The crayon glowed brighter as she added final details. Sparkles danced around the drawing, and the paper began to hum with energy.

Her friend Rosie Red, a cheerful human girl with curly auburn hair and green eyes, knocked on the workshop door. "Mother Goat! The mayor wants to see your new transportation idea!"

"Almost finished!" Mother Goat called back, adding one last swirl to her portal design.

The drawing suddenly pulsed with brilliant blue light. The air shimmered, and something felt different in the room—backwards, somehow.

When Everything Goes Sideways

The backwards feeling spread through the room like spilled paint. Mother Goat's easel suddenly flipped upside down, her brushes rolled backward across the floor, and her blue kerchief began floating in reverse.

"That's not good," she muttered, watching her crayons march themselves into their box backwards.

Rosie Red pushed through the workshop door, but instead of her usual cheerful smile, she wore a deep frown. "Mother Goat! I absolutely hate your terrible transportation idea!" she announced, then immediately clapped her hands over her mouth in shock.

"Rosie? You never talk like that," Mother Goat said, stepping closer to her friend.

"I don't know what's happening!" Rosie exclaimed, tears forming in her green eyes. "I meant to say I love it, but the opposite words came out!"

Through the crystal windows, Mother Goat could see chaos spreading across Art Studio Metropolis. The Three Little Pigs were destroying houses instead of building them. Goldilocks was fixing furniture rather than breaking it. Even the traffic lights blinked in reverse patterns.

"My portal sketch," Mother Goat gasped, looking at the still-glowing drawing. "It's not just transporting things—it's making everything opposite!"
